How to get to Choseon hotel from Incheon airport by subway?

To get from Incheon Airport to Chosun Hotel in Seoul by subway, you can follow these steps.

From Incheon Airport, follow the signs to the Airport Railroad (AREX) station.
Purchase a ticket for the AREX Express Train, which provides a direct connection to Seoul Station.
Board the AREX Express Train bound for Seoul Station. Trains usually run every 20-30 minutes.

Once you arrive at Seoul Station, transfer to Line 4 (light blue line) of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway.
Purchase a T-money card or a single journey ticket for Line 4.
Board the subway train heading toward Sadang Station on Line 4.
Get off at the Chungmuro Station, which is the closest station to Chosun Hotel.
Follow the signs and take the appropriate exit to reach street level.

Chosun Hotel is located within walking distance from Chungmuro Station. Refer to a map or use navigation apps to find the most convenient route to the hotel.

It's worth noting that subway schedules and fares may change, so it's a good idea to check for the most up-to-date information before your trip. Additionally, consider the time of your arrival and the operating hours of the subway, as services may be limited late at night or early in the morning.

What is T-money? and where can I buy one? How can I use this card? is there any way to use with credit cards?

T-money is a rechargeable transportation card used in South Korea for convenient travel across various modes of public transportation, including subways, buses, and taxis. It is widely accepted in major cities like Seoul and can also be used for certain purchases at convenience stores and vending machines.

To purchase a T-money card, you can follow these options -

Vending machines : T-money cards can be bought at vending machines located at subway stations, including Incheon Airport. Look for the machines with the T-money logo and follow the instructions to purchase a card.
Convenience stores : T-money cards are also available for purchase at convenience stores like GS25, CU, 7-Eleven, and others. You can find these stores throughout Seoul and at Incheon Airport.

Once you have a T-money card, you can use it in the following ways -

Charging the card : Before using the card, you need to add value to it. You can recharge your T-money card at subway stations, convenience stores, or at designated T-money kiosks.
Tapping in and out : When entering a subway station or boarding a bus, simply tap your T-money card on the card reader located at the turnstile or near the entrance of the bus. This will deduct the appropriate fare from your card balance.
Transfers : If you make transfers within a certain time limit (usually 30 minutes for buses and 1 hour for subways), you can enjoy discounted transfer fares.
Balance check : You can check the remaining balance on your T-money card at designated card readers or through the T-money app.

Regarding credit cards, some credit cards in South Korea offer T-money functions, allowing you to use your credit card directly as a T-money card. However, this feature may not be available for foreign credit cards. It's best to check with your credit card provider or the card issuer to see if they offer T-money functionality.

If you prefer not to use a T-money card, you can also use a single journey ticket for each subway or bus ride, but using a T-money card is more convenient and often offers discounted fares for transfers.
